Our crevasse rescue courses provide a knowledge foundation for safe glacier travel and technical skills you need to take your backcountry game to the next level.
What you Will learn
>> How to determine if you should rope up on a glacier
>> How to travel roped up on a glacier
>> How to perform an improvised crevasse rescue from anchor building to hauling and rappelling
WHAT YOU NEED
>> Helmet
>> Harness
>> Sturdy boots
>> 2, 4 meter lengths of 6mm prusik cord
>> 3 locking carabiners, 3 non locking carabiners
>> Lunch and snacks
>> Clothing appropriate for the weather
